Who does Rerooted Ascension serve?
Rerooted Ascension is a youth-serving organization with a broader vision of helping young people build stability, independence, and meaningful futures. Our initial programs focus on transitional-age young adults (ages 18–24) in Contra Costa County, particularly those navigating complex systems or barriers to support and opportunity.

What programs are currently being developed?
We are developing The Ascent Program and Getting Rooted. The Ascent Program will provide structured, ongoing support centered on stability, personal goals, life skills, systems navigation, and community connection. Getting Rooted will offer welcoming gatherings and activities where young adults can build relationships, access helpful information, and contribute their voices to future programming.

Not yet. We are completing our community needs assessment, program planning, partnership development, and fundraising before opening enrollment. Young adults and community members can use our Get Connected form to receive updates and learn about upcoming opportunities.

Yes. Rerooted Ascension is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation and a federally recognized 501(c)(3) organization. We are continuing to build the infrastructure, partnerships, and resources needed to launch sustainable community-based programs.
